A first surf trip comes with plenty of questions. What happens on the sand? How does a lesson work? What should you bring? You don’t need to know all the surf vocabulary before getting in touch with Dar Swell.
Let us know whether you have never surfed, have tried a few times or feel comfortable catching waves. A little about your experience helps us understand the kind of lesson you are looking for.
A first look at learning
Our original beach photographs capture the small moments around surfing: a conversation beside a board, practising a movement on the sand and finding your feet in the whitewater. They give a feel for the experience that brings us to the coast.
Dar Swell is preparing for a planned November 2026 opening in Tamraght. Lesson arrangements are part of that preparation.
