About Dar Swell
Dar means home. Swell is what draws us to the sea. This is where the two meet.
A name with a feeling behind it
Dar Swell is a new surf camp in Tamraght, Morocco. The name brings together two ideas that belong naturally beside each other: the welcome of a home and the pull of the ocean.
We want the house to feel easy to settle into. Somewhere you can arrive with your own plans, share a little of your day and leave space for the next one. That feeling is guiding the choices we are making as the camp takes shape.
Ocean and clay
Deep ocean blue, warm clay, cream and sand form the palette for Dar Swell. Our doorway symbol holds a star and a wave, connecting the idea of home with the sea. Those colors connect the rooms and shared spaces.
A beginning we can share
We are planning to open in November 2026. Until then, you are welcome to say hello and tell us what brings you to Tamraght.

Dar Swell Surf Camp and Nomad Surf Camp share the same owner. They are separate surf camps in Tamraght, Morocco, each with its own accommodation and bookings.

The mark of the house
A door. A star.

The doorway is our dar: a Moroccan home and an open welcome. Inside, the eight-pointed star recalls zellij, held above the curve of a swell. Ocean blue carries the sea into the house; clay brings its warmth.
